ELECTED OR APPOINTED COMMITTEE

Endowment Committee
|
| An Endowment Committee, shall be composed of five voting
members of the congregation, elected by the Congregation, at its annual
meeting. Two members shall be elected each year, except that every
third year, only one shall be elected. The term of office for each
member shall be 3 years, limited to no more than two consecutive
terms. The President of the congregation shall be a non-voting
member of this committee. This committee shall be responsible to
the Congregation Council for the governance and operational procedures
with regard to the Covenant and/or Endowment Funds of the congregation,
and the written operational guidelines regarding this fund, shall be
established by the congregation council and shall be on file in the
church office. |
