Property Committee shall be responsible for the care and
maintenance of the congregation facilities, property, equipment and
motor vehicles. These responsibilities include:
 | a. Advising the congregation
council as to the major needs regarding the maintenance of the
congregations property. |
| b. Advising the congregation
council regarding the insurance program ensuring that adequate
coverage is established for all property, facilities, vehicles and
equipment. |
| c. Contracting, with proper
authority, for maintenance and repairs and to inspect for proper
accomplishment of such work. |
| d. Organizing and conducting
work days and cleanup days using volunteers within the congregation
to accomplish needed cleaning and/or repair. |
