a. Collection and delivery of
food and other dry goods for the Lincoln Lutheran Metro Parish Food
Pantry.
b. Select, promote and
advertise special opportunities to support community and church wide
causes to help those in need. Such causes include, but are not
limited to: a "Farmer's Market" within the congregation,
Annual Lutheran World Relief In-gathering, Lincoln Lutheran Food
Pantry, Habitat for Humanity, People's City Mission, and UNICEF.
c. Collect, package and deliver
items collected for the annual "in-gathering" for Lutheran
World Relief.
d. Collect, package and ship
Campbell's Soup Labels for the "Labels for Education
Program" for Martin Luther Homes.
e. Seek ways to promote and
enhance the safety of members of the congregation at home, while
traveling and at worship.
