a. Conduct and annual program
for stewardship of funds, encouraging the members of the congregation
make a conscious effort to make a "plan of giving" and then
commit to that plan each year, striving toward a goal to be tithers.
b. Conduct an annual program
for stewardship of time and talent, encouraging every member of the
congregation (grade 6 and older) to become a worker within the
congregation by completing and turning in a "Time and talent
sheet" each year, indicating where they would like to use their
talents in the ministry at this congregation.
